Between September and November 2018 we put on a series of interactive learning workshops across the East Midlands. The idea of the workshops were to give women, and women-led Community Sector organisations an introduction to Social Investment and to explore the opportunities and benefits that it could bring to their organisations.
The sessions were designed to be informative, and useful, and feedback was very positive. They certainly weren’t dull fact filled sessions. We brought along experts, investors, and people with experience of Social Investment, and worked through some examples to see how Social Investment could work.
We ran workshops in Lincoln, Nottingham, Leicester, Derby and Skegness. If you missed out on a session then take a look through our resources section of the workshop to find slides and presentations from the workshops, and get in touch if you want to find out more or take some of the ideas through.
